Passionate winemakers in Valais, the Rouvinez family has built a true ecosystem of viticultural companies spread over eight different sites, bringing together more than 160 employees from the vineyard to the commercialization process with large distribution, Horeca and private customers. The challenge for tebicom SA was to manage a documentation scattered between paper folders, personal copies and multiple versions, without a common reference system. The Rouvinez family decided to implement an electronic document management solution: M-Files. This allowed them to instantly search for documents by keywords, automate the validation of invoices across all the companies in the group and track tasks and claims, ensuring the same documents and information, regardless of the site.
