The CO de la Glâne wished for automated creation of Office365 accounts from the school's database. Thus, opening an account associates the user with one or more Microsoft Teams groups and makes next-generation tools available to teaching staff. Intelligent distribution lists (Office365 groups) are also automatically generated. Following the creation of these accounts, all school users benefit from the full range of tools offered by Office365, particularly OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, and Outlook.
