Tebicom opens a new chapter

Tebicom's governance now brings together six partners, including the three historical and founding pillars of tebicom: Ludovic Morand (COO), Lionel Jaquet (CVO), and Christian Ruffieux (CMO).

This development marks a significant milestone in the company's history. It confirms tebicom's commitment to consolidating its long-term innovation vision, supporting its growth momentum, and strengthening its role as a strategic and independent IT partner for businesses in French-speaking Switzerland.

By joining the shareholder structure, the three new partners demonstrate their commitment to a common goal: continue to make tebicom a reference IT orchestrator, capable of combining technological expertise, business understanding, and long-term trusted relationships with its clients.

Amine joined tebicom in 2011 as a Network and Security Engineer. Today, he is operationally responsible for tebicom Infrastructure and its 60 engineers and technicians who enable over 400 clients in French-speaking Switzerland to perform daily. Amine is part of the Operational Management, putting his technical and managerial expertise at the service of tebicom and its clients, while contributing to the company's long-term strategy.

Active in the company since 2015, Fares has held roles as a consultant, business analyst, and expert project manager, primarily on the GED/ECM M-Files solution. He then took over management of the Information Management team, which became tebicom Solutions by integrating Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint) and the DECIDE by tebicom platform (Data, BI, and AI). Fares is part of the operational management and contributes to tebicom's success through his expertise as an IT/business architect and his leadership.

Christian joined tebicom in 2018 as a Sales Engineer and BDM (Business Development Manager) for the M-Files GED/ECM platform. His energy, strong technical background, and interpersonal skills have enabled him to develop the Information Management team and then create tebicom Solutions, where he is currently responsible for sales. He is part of tebicom's strategic management and also contributes to the company's communication strategy.
