Our client Induni SA was selected by M-Files to present in a plenary session of the M-Files Global Partner Conference 2019 (April 2-3-4, Dublin, Ireland) the project tebifiles powered by M-Filescurrently led by Tebicom within this important Geneva-based construction company.
This digital transformation project is profoundly changing the way we work.’Induni. A century-old company active in civil engineering, architectural projects, public works, and as a general contractor., Induni with over 630 employees and an annual turnover of 225 million CHF. Every year, over 50 large-scale projects are managed concurrently.
Started in 2018, the project is in the deployment phase and is expected to continue until at least 2020. Key milestones:
· Audit and functional analysis of existing processes and the company's IT ecosystem.
Complete overhaul of the company's documentation architecture.
· Secure mobile access for all employees (laptops, smartphones, tablets).
· Integration of the quality management system (QMS) with document management.
· Elimination of paper processes and forms.
· Automation of business and HR processes.
· Integration of business applications (Abacus, VisualPlaning, Baubit, Provis, Winstox, etc.) (in progress).
· Dematerialization of purchase requests and supplier invoices (in progress).
* Implementation of a supplier portal integrated with the DMS (in progress).
· O365 Integration (Teams, SharePoint) (coming soon).
